The St. Paul chapter of Black Lives Matter held a peaceful protest at the Twin Cities Marathon on Sunday, Oct. 4 to honor Philip Quinn, who was killed by St. Paul police Sept. 24. The incident remains under investigation.

The protesters had originally planned to disrupt the marathon at the end of the course, but agreed to not interfere with the race after meeting with St. Paul Mayor Chris Coleman.
